Criminal Lawyer Rock Hill

In 1996, I opened my office in an attempt to help those people who were experiencing the most terrifying times in their lives. I wanted to use my experience as a former prosecutor to provide individuals with the representation they deserve. I have experience representing people who have been charged with misdemeanors such as drug possessions, assault and battery, petit larceny, etc. I have also helped people who have been charged with felonies such as Possession of drugs with an Intent to Distribution, distribution of drug cases, grand larceny, burglaries, etc. I have represented people charged with high felonies such as Armed Robbery, Common Law Robbery, Assault and Battery with Intent to Kill, Criminal Sexual Conduct, Attempted Murder, Murder, etc. We focus on giving an individual vigorous defense, while at the same time looking for alternative ways to assist the client to resolve the matter. For DUI clients we offer a free consultation to determine how best we can help the client traverse his or her hard times. If a client is in jail and can not make bond, we will visit the jails for consultations. My staff is fluent in both Spanish and English. The difference between my office and other law offices is that I can give the client the prosecutor’s perspective as well as evaluating the case from a defense perspective. This allows the client make educated decisions and what are the best strategies to defend the client’s case.

Type of Cases Our Firm Handles:

Misdemeanors such as criminal domestic violence, drug possession, assault and battery, shoplifting, petit larceny, etc. Felonies such as Possession with Intent to Distribute drugs, drug trafficking, Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature, Attempted Murder, Criminal Domestic Violence of a High and Aggravated Nature, Criminal Sexual Conduct, Burglary, Armed Robbery, Common Law Robbery, Grand Larceny, etc.

We Think You Should Hire Us If:

If you have been arrested with any charge that could result in you receiving possible jail time, you need to come and talk to us. Too many times, people try to handle their case without an attorney because they do not believe the charge is serious or they believe there is no way an attorney can help them because the State can prove them guilty. Never go into a courtroom without at least consulting an attorney about your case. Every conviction will result in both short and long term consequences – whether it may result in enhanced sentencing in the future, prevention from obtaining employment, or prevention from attending the college of your choice.
